I am 32M with height 6’4” and CW 200lbs. I have a mostly sedentary lifestyle and a mix of healthy and unhealthy dietary habits. I am working on improving my lifestyle and diet and have added 30 minutes daily walk and reducing carbs/calorie intake.
I would like to know what would be an ideal weight for my height and age. My current BMI is 24 and I am targeting 22. Is that right or unnecessary?
Also, what should be the first few habits/exercises/physio I should add to build a more muscular physique than fatty structure?
