Hi, I went through a loss journey from 86kg down to 69kg, I’m a 16y.o male, 180cm, that now weights 70kg.
I started reverse dieting in mid june, then around mid july I stabilized around 2700kcal, thinking it was my TDEE, then at the and of July I decided to start a lean bulk, so I slowly upped my calories up to 3100kcal speaking of few days ago, with cheat days up to 4000kcal, so I would say more around 3300kcal a day, and since I started reverse dieting, I just gained 1kg more, that can easily be justified with more fluid retention and a full G.I. track.
I should specify too that I’m seriously training at the gym 5x/week, and I’m in my teens too.
I’m asking, with almost doubling my calories, shouldn’t I have gained more weight, or keeping loosing weight during the reverse dieting period, or maybe hormones and training play a role here?
