Hello all,
Since about 5 months ago I decided to start going to the gym (lifting weights) 3 times a week and so far I haven't missed a single day. I also took up rollerblading again as cardio in my off days/free time.
I lost about 10 KG in these last 5 months so I'm quite happy but I decided to step it up a notch because I notice I'm hitting a wall in the gym and I don't really track what my intake is.
I ordered Huel (Black) to atleast give me some more protein while also losing weight. I'm not taking in enough protein today that's for sure.
I downloaded the Food app and this app is suggesting I intake 1314 KCAL a day. Isn't this way too low for me? I'm quite active and the normal intake for a man is around 2500 KCAL a day. So I would assume I'd be around 2000 KCAL.
My stats:
- 178 CM
- 89,7 KG
- Age 34
- Office job
- Gym 3x a week full body + rollerblading in the weekend or during the week depending on time
Thanks all.
