Gained weights but got toned.

All my life I struggled from weight gain. I am a 39 years old female and I still don't know why I can't find the proper why to loose weight. 15 days ago I find a post on Facebook saying you have to increase your protein. I did that, I eat 60 to 80 gr of protein(limited budget so dependson what I find) and 50 gr of carbs a day with a calories deficit, I do intermittent fasting and I drink 2 L of water daily. I started to workout, I do the iron series from Caroline Girvan with 10 mins of abs workout. I feel amazing and my family said that I lost few cm from my arms, belly and thighs, I begin to see my abs lines, my cellulite has reduced tremendously. I was 67 kilos when I started two weeks ago and now i am 69.3 kilos. I want to loose 7 kilos. I get that people have more weight to lose and It seems nothing but my body seems to not respond unless, i starve, got really weak with a headache. I can lose weight. Can someone advise me? Am I doing the right things? Should I keep going or change something?
