I find it really hard to believe people are saying that I look more toned and have a bit of definition ( not a lot) first my neighbour said “you lost weight” which I kindly said thank you but I didn’t believe her and then I had a long time friend came up to me that I haven’t seen in like four months saying that you put on a decent amount of definition on the shoulders. I go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week fell off the waggon for one week due to work but either or I was on my feet in the hot sun hitting 10,000 to 14,000 steps a day a lot and I tried to monitor my calories while at work. I feel like I’m on the right track but I get discouraged because I see the same person in the mirror is there a way to not get discouraged like that?
