My parents are overfeeding me.

To preface I am 17M 5'11" 230 lbs. I am approximately 50 pounds overweight. My entire family is considered BMI-wise obese, with my dad being 6' 265 lbs and mom 5'8" 220 lbs:not even gonna mention all of my siblings. All of us combined weigh around 1100 pounds.

My parents probably give me,like, enough food in a single meal for 2 or 3 normal-sized people. I also genetically passed down my dad's high blood pressure issues.

I wish I could lose weight and become skinny so bad,but on an everyday basis we have to eat a mountain of food:I could probably lose weight and eat less if I lived alone and could prepare my own food, but because I can now only eat what my parents prepare I don't really have any option. Not to mention they are the 'eat every crumb off the plate' types so that doesn't exactly help either. This has been a part of the family for years:my grandfather on my dad's side was 6'0 285 lbs at one point and died aged 66,I don't know if it actually is caused by genetics or if my family just happens to have zero self control in terms of food.

I need some advice because I'm confused on what to do,feel like my options are limited until I'm able to move out. Any tips? Would appreciate it.
