I suddenly have a very poor appetite and don’t know why

As of today, Im 23 y/o 6’1 male 275lbs/125kg. I started intermittent fasting early may, then transitioned to a ketogenic diet which I’ve been on for the past 3 weeks with no IF. In the past, food was all I could think about. I would binge and over eat. Food was my passion. But for the past 5 days, I’ve had a very poor appetite. I’ve eaten roughly 500-700 calories per day this past week all while maintaining my body recomp training. Before that however, I was struggling to feel satisfied with my 1800 calorie limit. My body weight on May 25 was 298lbs/135kg. So I’ve lost about 23lbs/10kg in 2 months. That’s nearly 3lbs/week.

I try and get in about 100-130 grams of protein every day as I’m training for body recomp. I typically go 5 days: push/pull/leg split, and light cardio for the remaining 2 days. In addition to keto diet, im taking the following supplements/medications daily:

NAC, Glycine, Tumeric Curcumin, B12, Omega-3, Vitamin D3, Glutathione (capsule and IM injections), Vitamin C (capsule and powder), Finasteride, Magnesium, Biotin, and Ashwagandha.

Its to my understanding that Keto helps to curb appetite and keep you satiated for longer, but I’ve been on keto before and never felt a lack of hunger to this extreme.

Could any of those supplements explain my lack of appetite? I’ve scheduled an appointment with my provider, but I wanted your guys’ input.

Thank you for reading.
