28M SW: 450 GW:200 CW:410
I have been struggling with weight my whole life and have tried to lose weight but I was never really comitted.
But recently I have decided I have no other choice than to buckle down and actually do the work. I weighed my most at 451 in April and have slowly worked my way down to 410 last week.
The biggest problem I have is that it takes excruciatingly slow to actually lose weight. I know and understand that I won't see any progress overnight, but it is so difficult to stay motivated when it takes so long. I am constantly off and back on the wagon, but I have decided that I have no other choice but to push through. I can't continue the way I did any longer.
My aim is to weigh 330lbs by the end of the year and 200lbs by the end of 2024.
Hopefully I can regularly post here and keep you all updated on my progress as a way of keeping myself motivated.
