I have a couple of questions that I would like answer to.

So, I’ve started hitting the gym almost a week ago. I’m trying to lose weight (obviously). And I have some questions to ask.

  1. Is it ok to eat after the gym? Or is it better to eat before?

  2. I know the “calories burned” stat on cardio machines are inaccurate, but how inaccurate are they? I sometimes look at them for more motivation?

  3. When can I expect to see results?

  4. I’m considering having a cheat day once a week? Is it ok? How bad can it hinder my progress?

  5. Any goo recommendations for foods with low calories and makes you full?
