So, I’ve started hitting the gym almost a week ago. I’m trying to lose weight (obviously). And I have some questions to ask.

Is it ok to eat after the gym? Or is it better to eat before?

I know the “calories burned” stat on cardio machines are inaccurate, but how inaccurate are they? I sometimes look at them for more motivation?
