Once I input my stats, with it's formulas it said I burn 2500 calories a day with little to no exercise, and 3000 with light exercise.
But here's the thing, it adjusts how many calories you can eat based on what activity level you chose for your profile. But it can also be synced with Google fit which will deduct however many calories you burned that day from the amount you ate.
These 2 things don't seem to have any connection with each other. For my daily calorie intake it assumes I've burned 3000 calories that day PLUS however many calories google fit tells it I burned. That doesn't make much sense at all. So should the setting just be set to no activity if I want to use Google fit alongside lose it?
And another small thing. Every app and calculator gives me different estimates on how many calories I burn in a day. Google fit says it's only around 2000 with absolutely no activity and ~2250 with light activity (around 2 km walked). Lose it like I said assumes 2500. BMR calculators say it's 2,128 cal / day. and then right under it says 2,553 when sedatery, little to no exercise. Wtf?? Which one do I trust?
