I (26F) have been on a weight loss journey since last year, in that time I've lost over 25+ kg and kept it off, I took a break which made me gain 2-3kg though.
Recently I've started a new workout and diet change in which I've upped my water intake quite a lot and have added bodyweight workouts to my exercise routine (because I cannot afford a gym)
Here's the problem, as the title says, I'm not losing any more weight in fact it's shot up quite a bit! I went from a plateau of 94.4kg down to 93.3kg then all of a sudden I went up to 96kg seemingly overnight!
This is without changing my diet or calorie intake at all, I'm eating below my maintenance with an intake of 2100 calories a day (this is below maintenance with a sedentary lifestyle at my weight)
and I workout 5 days a week 30-40 minutes a day interchanging between cardio, mat pilates, home weight workout. I even try to be more active by walking back from my office which is about 22mins a day, three times a week
Can I have some advice?
