I’ve been quite disciplined for the last 4 weeks.
- I’m F, 177 lbs, 28 years old with no health issues
*I’ve weighed and tracked everything I ate and was at a roughly 700 kcal deficit every day. I lifted heavy weights 4-5 times a week and I did cardio as well.
*My weight is not changing but I’m certainly dropping in dress size and my watch fits looser.
I know I’m progressing somehow but not seeing any changes on the scale has been bugging me so much. Any insights as to why this is happening?
