I need help overcoming my strange eating habits.

Since I’ve started my journey, I haven’t struggled much with the exercise portion of the process. I’ve developed an effective regimen for myself and I can keep up with it pretty well. My issue is with my eating habits. No matter what time of the day, how long its been since I last ate, where I am, or what I’m doing, I ALWAYS have the urge to eat. Even if I’m full to the brim or on the verge of vomiting, the need to have something in my mouth will still be there. For me, eating is more like a never ending compulsion than it is something I do for nourishment or enjoyment. It’s blocking any chances of progress, and taking a serious toll on my mental health. I feel like I’m at a standstill and I’m not sure what I should do. It’s been this way for as long as I can remember and I’m afraid change just won’t happen. Any advice, tips, or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
