Apart from my hands I've not seen much change in my weight, everything still sort of looks the same despite the scale saying I've dropped weight. I've took photos and looking back on them I'm trying to notice a difference but I just can't.
Its not even been a month yet though so I'm not too concerned but I thought I would've seen at least something. I've been consistent with everything I've done, I've been in a slight deficit, I've been hitting my protein goal and I've been following my workout split, the only thing is that I do have cheat days once a week to stop me from binging but even on cheat days I don't eat too much.
The other thing I've noticed is that my jeans are way too baggy on me around the waist so obviously that indicates weight loss but it just bothers me that I can't see it yet. I don't even know how long it should take to start seeing results I only really want slimmer arms, legs and my love handles gone.
