We all know the benefits of losing weight. I personally feel better every day just because I lose weight. But I noticed that there is one, hidden, benefit of losing weight that might help mentally. And that is, that if you are in a deficit in a day, you already did something positive. Even if you spent whole Sunday lazying around, watching television or gaming or doing nothing productive at all, you don't have to feel bad, because if you were in a deficit that day, that day was not wasted at all. Which really helps thinking positively. It's another day that you lost some weight! You managed to do something even if you did nothing!
