I'm 29/F and last time I checked about 185lbs and 5'3". I have friends and family that don't quite understand either why I am the weight that I am, I don't buy junk food for home, I like healthy foods and eat the same as my friends who weigh about 30 pounds or so less than me at a similar height. I do massage therapy for work and martial arts twice a week, I'm not sedentary, but I don't work out either. In the past few years my body has changed. Way more cellulite, and somehow my skin is almost loose. It doesn't look tight. I've always been on the edge of normal/overweight but the last several years I'm not overweight, and I've never found any way to lose weight that sticks but I feel more defeated than ever because I'm worried my skin will just look loose, and I'll yo-yo if I try to diet and just become even bigger. I've gotten tests done, no health issues aside from low iron. We're looking into possible PCOS but so far the results look good. My dad's side of the family is obese, and I wonder if this is just genetics, but what can I do to reverse, or at least decrease the extra weight, cellulite fat storage and not-tight skin!?
I just really needed to vent about this... Can anyone relate????
