My lose it journal

Hello!
I would like to start this thread as a way to journal about my weightlost journey. In this thread I would want to be able to update how things are going, my thoughts and comments.

Why do I need to lose weight?
Well I am overweight. I weight 107.5 kg (237 lbs) and I am 174 cm tall (5,8??) after this morning weight in. I have not yet made any other measurments than weight but I know for a fact that my stomach and waist are easily above 105 cm (40+ inches) and that is above the general benchmark for when the risk of cardiovascular diseases increase. I do not like that.

As updates, I will weight myself every day but I might write about every week here and use an average of each days measurements.
Once every two weeks, starting tomorrow(Tuesday 30th), I will measure my waist and stomach (abdomen).
I have taken a before photo but I am far away from comfortable to put it up here right now.

Status Quo
I do CrossFit (as of 9 years back) for about 4 times a week and that includes strength, gymnastics (both strict and non strict work), conditioning and mixed modal (or MetCon) but the issue lies with my eating habits. I eat a lot of choclate bars and other sweets. Mostly those that are combined with sugar and fat. I also eat a lot of junkfood during my bingesessions (maybe once a week) as a product of anxiety.

The Plan
I do get help for my anxiety but the weightissue, I have to solve on my own and that is why I start this thread. I need to cut out my everyday chocolatebars and ofcourse limit my binging. This will be very tough for me as it might stir up some tough thoughts. I do need to look at the bigger picture here and start to work on saying nice things to myself and find ways to treat myself other than with tons and tons of chocolate.

When it comes to macrocounting I will not start that until I feel comfortable about it, it is very triggering as I have noticed that if i "fail" a day (eihter by eating too much or too little) I tend to be very mean with myself.

Goals
I would love to get down under 90 kg (198 lbs) but that is very far away and I (probablöy everybody) tend to lose control when things are too out of reach. I will start with the goal of weight 100 kg before the end of October. That is a loss of 7,5 kg within 5 months, or 22 weeks. Seems reasonable for me and something I can sustain.
