5’1 F SW: 131 lbs CW: 124 lbs GW: 100 lbs
I’ve been eating 1,200 cal a day (sedentary), and lost two pounds per week in the first three weeks. I’m at the end of week four, and I only lost one pound.
Is this normal? I expected it to be more. What does this mean?
Is weight loss supposed to be slow or fast in the beginning? I thought it would be slow and then fast, but apparently not. 😅 It’s the other way around?
Is it because I’m short, or did my metabolism slow down? Is that why I only lose one pound this week? To anyone who eats/ate 1,200 cal a day, how much weight did you lose per week? Thank you so much!!
