How can I include fruits into my meals without ruining my caloric intake?

I plan to eat no more than 1500 calories a day with 150g of protein but I cannot achieve that without at least going 1600-1800 calories a day and that is without eating any vegetables. The sources of those calories and protein usually come from microwaved food, chicken breasts and eggs because I do not have a place to cook stuff(other than microwave) in my dorm and I am afraid I would get over 2000cal if I added vegetables to my diet.

Are there any suggestion on what I should eat to provide more protein?
