Hi everyone,
Long story short, I'm heavily depressed and under medication for at least 5 years now (stopped counting.) It took a long time to find the 'right' medication, and even with it, I've gained at least 40kgs since I started it. I'm not blaming it entirely. I've reworked my nutrition with a professional, and it barely managed to slow down the weight taking. Are there any other in my situation? Is there still hope ? Granted I don't do enough exercise, but I keep reading I must at first regulate my food intake and it's already been taking care of, with no effect. I don't see myself changing medication, it was too much of a pain finding the current one...
