What happens to your body when you lose a lot of weight?

I've been overweight for 30+ years. I used to be around 320 lbs. I ate less food, exercised some and eventually got down to 275 or so. I stayed around 275 for the last 20 years. Since 06/2020 or so, I've lost some where around 85 lbs doing 7 mile walks ( every day... except for a few days ) and eating salad for lunch and oatmeal for dinner. Now that I am down to 185, I was thinking about leveling off here... but have questions...

1) I have a lot of loose skin / fat in my belly area. I sort of look like a deflated balloon... you know.. you blow up a balloon and when you let the air out, it doesn't go back to it's original shape but is stretched in places. When I grab my belly area, I can grab a handful of fat/skin in each hand. If I was to keep my 7 mile walking and only eating salad and oatmeal, would that belly fat be reduced.... and when I grabbed my belly... it would be less fat an more skin? I am not sure what part I grab is skin and what part is fat. I don't expect my skin to grow taught if I keep loosing weight..but not really sure what will happen to my saggy belly area. Will there be less fat to grab in my hands?

2) what keeps your intestines and stomach in your body close to your spine... do they flow into your belly area one you loose weight? When your belly shakes like a bowl full of jelly.... why doesn't you intestines and stomach move into the vacated space?
