Current weight 121 kg Start weight 132 kg 6'2 male. 27 years.
Hi guys just a quick one for your opinion. I have noticed when I start the week after 2/3 days of rest I'm at my lightest.
As I start to train l, day by day my weight will go up and up until I eventually come back to those rest days and so on.
I usually train about 4 days in a row then have 2/3 days off.
Is this normal? Because it's happened all throughout my journey and I'm trying to get rid of that "feeling abit bloated stage of the week.
I drink my water. Rest. My sodium intake isn't high. The usuals. So I'm genuinely confused unless this is normal.
