Decided to counterbalance my previous post about not knowing my "why" with some good news.

Today officially marks 2 weeks with no doordash, GrubHub, etc. Haven't even left my house to get fast food. I've still been eating some convenience snacks from like, gas stations and EMS rooms. But that's partially because... Work. I stay on an ambulance for my whole shift, and food doesn't keep well. (That is if I even get a chance to eat. Sometimes we're so busy we never get a chance to eat.)

Here was my gas station "meal" from my last shift.

Buffalo chicken roller bite (320 cal)

Fruit, cheese, and nuts tray (220 cal)

Coke zero (0 cal)

I plan to continue this until at least next week. (Next week is my birthday.) So either I'll take myself out to a nice spot to eat on my birthday, or maybe buy myself a Lego set. Haven't decided yet.

But yeah. Good news, 2 weeks without using delivery services for junk food. And honestly not even eating it.

Edit: Decided to delete the previous post because it was nothing but negative bullshit I wrote after having an exceptionally shitty day.
