Late night eating is how I gain weight consistently. I've done it the last week or so and am back up six pounds.

I've been in a real real funk recently and just haven't cared to try to lose weight. I'm so drained it's not even funny.

This whole journey I've been so so good about eating my last meal around 3pm and nothing after. May sound extreme but I knew that I have a huge tendency to eat a very unhealthy meal/snack right before bed if I let myself. That's how I gained all my weight, I'm almost sure. So I've been really really strict about that.

We'll I've been really depressed and sad and angry last few weeks/months and recently decided "eff it" and started to eat late before bed again. It's been peanut butter out of the jar, it's been unhealthy cereals and high sodium foods. Really anything I just felt like. I've paid the price for sure. Up 6 pounds back to 303.

It really sucks how easily I personally (and maybe everyone) can gain weight so quickly but very difficult to lose. Body why you do dis? lol

This post is kinda like hold myself accountable type thing and to help nip it in the bud now before I seriously fall off the wagon and start gaining a lot of weight back.

So yeah that's what I've been dealing with recently. Demotivation and lack of self-care and interest in being healthy and turns out you gain weight when you fall back into that mindset.
