I (F, 20 yrs old, 5'2) have lost 13 pounds in a calorie defecit in around 2 months and it has been fairly easy for me! I started at 163 and I'm now 150. I've been 150 for around a week now and I haven't lost any weight, which is weird cause I would lose a couple pounds a week. my defecit is 1350 but I just realized I usually don't even hit that amount, I usually hit around 1250. Could it be that I'm actually eating too little? I measure everything so it's most likely accurate
