I’ve decided that recomping wasn’t for me!

So I decided that recomping my body wasn’t for me. I have noticed a difference in my body but I do know I want to build my endurance and lose fat. I’ve been hovering around the same weight and mentally it’s killing me. So I decided that since I’m very active that my cals for the day would be 1500, wne I will try and burn 300-500 cal in the gym/passive exercise a day. I think that is healthy and manageable! Wish me luck!
