I'm a 27M 5'11 290LBS.
I'm trying to get to 200LBS as my target. Currently I'm going to gym with cycling 20 mins, 1hr of weight lifting and coming back home with 20mins cycling again. After work I'm trying to take 30-45mins of walking. In this way, is it too much of a cardio to lose my muscle weight?
If it is not, my new plan is to take 1hr of walk to gym, 1hr of weight lifting and 1 hr of walking back to home? With that plan, would it be too much?
I'm trying to take 200gr of protein everyday to prevent muscle loss. Taking around 2300 cals a day and probably burning around 5-5,5k calories a day according to Apple Watch Fitness app.
