is it really possible to lose a shit ton of visible weight when sick?

Don't get me wrong, i know this isn't healthy at all however,

rn, i've had a sore throat making it hard to properly eat. I didn't eat for 2 days, until i took an antibiotic (awful idea),

Yesterday, i ate a bit of toast, icecream and a few crackers.

I spent the whole of yesterday vomitting, and having pretty liquidy shits (TMI ik)

Today the 4th day of my illness, i woke up and felt like my stomach has visibly shrunken. Now before hand, i only just recently began my weight loss journey, i was still having binge days and problems.

It's been 4ish days since i properly ate a meal, and i think as a result my stomach has shrunk visibly? (I took before and after pics)

Is it really possible to visible weight in such a short amount of time when sick? Or am i just being weirdly delusional. Until my throat properly gets better (currently taking medication), it looks like i can say goodbye to a proper meal, as i can barely stomach/swallow ham.
