I know for sure that I'm counting everything correctly because I've been doing this for years and I've gained a lot of knowledge from it but I got on the scale and checked my weight like I do every week and somehow I've gained 0.2kg, I know this isn't a big deal and I can lose the weight easily but I don't fully understand how since I'm supposed to be losing 0.8kg per week and on top of just calorie counting I've been exercising and doing a lot of weight training. It's possible that I could've gained muscle mass or that I'm carrying some water weight considering I have been drinking a lot of water recently but I don't understand because if I've been doing all that exercise and I've even been tracking my calories and my macros then wouldn't I have managed to lose more than 0.8kg instead of gaining 0.2kg? Another possible issue is that I was doing 1,200 calories the week before but this was much too low for me and it was causing some side effects so I upped it, I assumed that my body would've been able to handle the calories going up since to me it was only a slight up but maybe not.
