16yr old 300lbs

16yr old female US gained 100lbs in less than a year and has other health problems probably unrelated. So I’ve always been bigger my dad 400+lbs and my mom 2-300lbs but from 2020-2021ish was living in an extremely toxic household with my father and step mom where I was not allowed access to food at home. Only at lunch provided by school which was okay I wore 14-16 16-18 size clothing lg to xxl at around 215lbs and had a very bad relationship with food still do but when I moved back with my mom january of 2022 she let me eat more than once a day and I went overboard so extreme overeating mixed with what we now know was stomach ulcers Covid POTS migraines (waiting on other test results) I went on birth control started having fainting episodes which caused me to rest more and exercise less vomiting at school to the point I stayed home yet I’ve gained 100lbs I’m around 300lbs depending on the day I take my weight it seems to fluctuate I don’t think my health is necessarily because of my weight since chronic illness runs in my family and my doctors haven’t specifically said my weight is an issue although I’m sure it at least contributes to my self esteem I fit into sizes 2-4x depending on the brand and if it’s men’s or women’s clothing size 24 pants

As for my eating habits I don’t honestly feel as though I eat a lot maybe it’s just the type of food I’m eating? I’ve never been good with vegetables. For example today I had cheese crackers and pepperoni slices for lunch with a sparkling water (this sparking water has zero calories or sugar) then later on I had some Funyuns and then I had spaghetti for dinner which I made I drank other stuff in between but not soda I don’t even really like dark sodas The day before that I had a granola bar and for lunch had 2 pieces of frozen thin crust pizza I know it’s not the best but my point is I personally couldn’t eat like 3 Big Macs a meal like people say I do When I did over eat it was more like lighter things constantly I am not worried about salt intake since I have been told to increase sodium along with water, honestly I could be doing better with the water parts

I guess what are some things that are light on cardio or heart rate that I can do? My heart rate went to 170s vacuuming the other day and (I worry about activity because I will and do faint)

What about eating? Or dieting?

I’m just not sure where to start
