UPDATE with lazy keto and IF-ing 3x times a week

Hello dear fellow lose it members,

I've posted a few days ago ( previous post here ) about doing IF three times a week paired with lazy keto /lower carb (tracking in the loseit app, but eating more than 20gr of CH) and so far it has been working well for me - I've lost 2 pounds and 0.5% of body fat. My stomach is flatter and no more bloating. I know I need to work on eating more veggies and fiber, but it is "practice not perfection".
