Hi. I've lost 70lbs in a really moderate, sustainable way. I exercise daily, get 10,000+ steps a day and enjoy yoga, SUP, cycling and running.
I've increased the strength training side of things of late, and I've noticed a small but steady weight increase. I'm wondering if this is muscle being built, or if I should be tweaking something diet-wise (which is generally very good). After all my hard work, it's quite alarming to see the scales begin to go up, after I've maintained so well for about 2 years. The only change I can think of (apart from that craziness called menopause) is the weight training increase.
Has anyone else found this? New to Reddit, hoping to tap into the hive mind :)
