I've gone from 84kg to 64kg(173cm) and I'm at 18.5% body fat...I'm probably skinny cuz i lack muscles but i dunno whether to still cut and reach 15% or do a lean bulk or lean cut(BMI - 21.5)
My work out consists of jump rope and abs work out but i never really did weight training except for few months with a 5kg dumbbell pair with less protein intake
Most of them were suggesting me to do a bulk but i guess i still need to cut and reach 15% body fat. What's your suggestion?
