I had a baby 7 months ago and I'm struggling to lose the baby weight. I was 93kg pre-pregnancy and trying to lose weight then. I'm now 102kg and want to get down to 80kg (which is still technically overweight but it's my first big goal). I have an underactive thyroid and my medication has recently been increased but my weight still isn't shifting.
I know its mostly because I'm constantly hungry and constantly snacking. Particularly when bored or overwhelmed by the little one. I have no energy to go to the gym. I do go for daily walks with my son.
Any suggestions to help with the constant hunger? Or ways to stop giving into the snack urges? I feel like I need to tackle one thing at a time. My meals are generally healthy, although portion sizes too big. The snacks are unhealthy. I want to cut snacking out first and see if that helps.
Thanks!
