Cheat day

Hi, long time lurker here. I have a birthday coming up and was worried about overindulging. M(25) 5’1 cw 187 pounds sw 211 gw 135. I started my weight loss journey as a New Years resolution and I’m 7 weeks in. I eat roughly 1000-1100 calories a day. I feel great doing so. My macros are 150-160 grams of protein, 20-50 carbs and 20-40 fat a day. There will be some drinking involved. It’s been months since I had any. I currently space my meals out with around 300 cals a piece with meal prepping 2 meals a day for 6-7 days a week with a third meal of my choosing. I also plan on getting back on track the very next day. I want to enjoy myself, any advice or tips to keep myself from beating myself up for letting loose a bit. My goal is to be near my goal weight by the end of august, but nothing is guaranteed so I’m ok with this journey taking me a full year.
