Hi. I'm 25, 5"3 and weight around 11st 10lbs. I've been this weight since last Christmas and I'm really struggling to lose the weight. I will often to cardio twice a week and weight training 2-3 times a week, I don't usually walk often, and on most days will only hit 5-6k steps. In terms of diet I track everything and aim for 1200cals a day, however this i usually hit around 1400. I'm not shifting the pounds and it's really frustrating. I try my best to eat clean, swap sugar for Stevia etc, drinking only water. I don't always stick to the plan, perhaps 80% of the time I will. I'm a full time college student who works part time, I don't fast or do anything and I usually hit around 180 carbs and 60-90 protein.
If anyone has any helpful tips pls let me know, or I'll be happy to reply to any comments! Thank you in advance
