I have read that your weight can plateau as your body adjusts to your new calorie intake. So, what if your calories fluctuate?
I try to stay below 1500 calories a day, but sometimes my calories are 1200, then 1450 the next day, then 1300 the next day, etc.
Is this a good thing, and will it help prevent a plateau? Or is it negative? Will I get to a point where I gain weight on the days with more calories?
The reason I'm asking is that over the past 3 days or so, my weight has stayed exactly the same: 206.50. I mean EXACTLY the same. I must be doing something wrong, but I'm in a deficit and I exercise.
I have tried to find these answers online, but I can't find anything.
