I am 24f, 175ms tall, who around three years ago weighed roughly 117,5 kgs. My heaviest weight ever. After starting to count my calories I have lost aprox. 30 kgs in two years time (granted there were periods of a few months at a time, even 5 at the longest, where I didn't track anything at all). Now I weight around 91 kgs and my goal is 80. The scale just won't budge anymore, not matter how hard I am trying.
My calorie goal is 1600 per day with a weight loss goal of 1 kg/week. I work a pretty tiring job as a receptionist, my day starts at 5.30 AM and work ends around 4 PM. The job requires 7+ hrs of standing and walking around, so my calorie goal is at the limit of me feeling like I can get my energy from somewhere throughout my long day. I hate working out, I try to fool myself by thinking that it makes me feel better (which it does), but honestly after work the last thing I want to do is hit the eliptical. I fast from time to time and always try to eat 100-150 calories under my goal. It is worth mentioning that I didn't work out at all during my 30 kgs loss.
So, what would you advise for me, the scale is barely moving anymore, and I'm losing quite a bit of my patience and my motivation. What should I change?
