If you go ice skating for three hours (including breaks), can that be considered your workout for the day?
Hey everyone.
So I know this might be a silly question but I'm genuinely unsure.
I (19F, 169cm 65.3kgs) work out five days a week most days for about two hours or a bit more. Have been doing it for years. One of these days is less demanding, like half of what I do on other days.
So I often go ice skating too, usually once a week during winter. Most times I gave up one of my rest days to go ice skating thinking I'm not working out as hard as I'd do otherwise. But knowing how much calories it can burn I'm wondering if I could keep the two resting days even if I do go ice skating?
When I go, I stay about three hours, but I do take breaks.
(Also I'm not a pro skater, I just started learning last year and now I'm at a point where I feel more confident on ice)
