I have tried to loose weight countless times. I have generally managed to loose maybe 20-30 pounds before I give up and then it all goes back on.
I gained over 50 pounds when I had my son who is now nearly 2. I'm struggling with back pain which I'm sure would better if I lost weight and I am desperate to get fitter in order to get pregnant again. I don't want to get pregnant at my current weight a risk gaining another 40-50 pounds..
I feel so un motivated. Even though I have so many great and valid reasons to get healthier. I would like to loose about 70 pounds.
How do you tell yourself to start again when you have failed so many times before. I know I need to change my lifestyle rather than crash diet but I seem to lack the determination and willpower to even start this time.
