Male, 20 years, 78kg. I have lost around 15kg since I started working out and eating right, which was about a year ago. I've had some fluctuations, but I never lost weight too quickly (not more than a kg per week). However, now that I'm quite lean and have ab definition, I notice that my skin around the abdomen is quite stretchy and loose. I don't want to make a problem out of this, given what other people on this sub are fighting for, but I feel like because of this loose skin, my lower abs remain hidden and I still seem to have a small belly/pouch in that area. I still have a few kgs to go down to really be lean, but I feel like I have more loose soon than I should have, given my weight loss. Also comparing with friends that were always at a normal weight, their skin is less loose and stretchy.
