I was wondering I understand that increasing protein intake in general -up to certain extent- is beneficial, but i was wondering for example if i am preparing some meal that is yogurt+some strawberries+some nuts
Does adding a protein scoop on this mixture increase it's satiety factor? Like is protein in itself increase satiety? or it doesnt matter that much? PS: im aware of the other factors or reasons i'd want to add this scoop, but i'm asking a certain point here, the satiety, is that protein scoop going to influence the satieaty?
