I have been struggling to decide on a weight loss plan and actually stick to it.
F 5'1 CW 155lbs GW 100lbs
I do really struggle with stress eating which causes me to eat sugary foods and way too much of them, which always throws my plan off. Moderately active, I am fairly active most days. What are your best tips to help with stress eating/overeating? Is there a benefit to fasting? If so, which ratio for fasting is best? How many calories should I consume in order to lose weight fairly quickly? I've needed to do this for a few years, I've just never been as motivated as I am now, especially with another new year already approaching. I would love some tips or any advice.
