On a 800 calories diet and still gaining weight !!

I'm 25 years old male, 102.4 kg and 183 cm. It's my first time trying a diet , I eat less than 800 calories a day and walk from 10k to 15k steps a day 5 km/h , its has been a week since I started and i gained a few hundred grams ! I started weighing on the 4th day i weighed 102.3 the next day i weighed 102.6 and the day after that 102.9 !? I always weigh myself when i wakeup and eat three times a day ( 8 / 12 / 18 ). my diet consists of raw vegetables, vegetables soup, chicken and turkey breast, sweet potatoes, egg white boiled. is that normal ? and any advice on my diet ? seeing the numbers on the scale go up is really demoralising. ( sorry for bad English )
