So yesterday morning i weighed 48.4kg. I had my first cheat day ever since i started a calorie deficit. I expected to gain some weight after suddenly eating more calories(wasn't able to count how many more). Today morning, i weighed myself again expecting to see weight gain but instead i saw i lost 0.6kg. How is that possible? Will the extra calories count in a weekly surplus after starting to eat normally again?
