is it water weight?

underate for a week cause of winter depression, before that i was working out and eating right.

started working out again but today i started eating actual full meals. meaning i incorporating protein and carbs on one plate.

since yesterday, i have gained 6lbs and i’m worried if it’s just water weight. i know people say that no one can gain a lb if they don’t eat over 3500cals, but it worries me since the number isn’t going down.

i try to burn 600cals a day 5x a week if that helps.

i really just need confirmation that it’s just water weight. if it is, are there any tips to lessen it?

my tummy is always full looking but i don’t feel full at all.
