I really need help with this fat loss thing. Down multiple times from fat 270 down to a full 6 pack at 175 but then screw it up

During college I ended up "bulking" up to 270 and was very fat. Then after college I decided enough was enough and cut down for 2 years with 0 cheat meals and got down to 175 and had a full 6 pack very veiny, etc. But then I decided I would have a little cheat(which ended up being massive 10k calorie a day binges multiple times a week and quickly reached 210 and fat again. So I cut back down to 175 again 0 cheats then binged back up. I have done it 4 times so far.

This time I said I am not going to binge back up. And I got down to 175 finally on Monday of last week, but with the Hannukah I ended up having massive cheat days everyday for the past week and I am now 199 and you literally cannot see my abs at all besides a tiny bit of the top one. I have no idea how I gained that much fat in only one week(its a new record for me) and it really is a ton of fat not all water or anything. But I was eating a whole box of cookies and a whole tub of icecream among other desserts plus a ton of regular food everyday.

I am really just ranting and venting because I can't stand this. I am back on my diet again. 2 days in now and I am down to 194, but the vast majority of the water weight is gone and the majority of the rest is just fat. I really just wanted to rant, but I also would love some advice.

TLDR: went from 270-175. Then 175-200-175-200-175-200-175-200-175 and this time I bounced back up to 200 in just one week. The water weight is gone and I am still about 19 pounds heavier than I started and I really just need some advice.
