Gym success

I used the leg press machine today like I usually do and I finally progressed enough to push my entire bodyweight on the machine (210). I love the leg press machine because it stimulates the same muscles as a squat but I don't have to worry about balancing or trying to hold a weight while squatting. Also hit 45lb each arm overhead shoulder press and 32lb each arm chest press.

Still working on losing more weight and gaining muscle but I'm down 55lb since September 1st.
