Cycling/Strength Training

I’ve been losing weight with CICO, currently down around 30 pounds(currently 250lbs 33 yo male, not in great shape)I’ve been really enjoying cycling/Zwift recently I truly feel like it’s the one exercise I truly enjoy.

I’ve also been wanting to add some strength training to maintain as much muscle as possible. I’ve been through a bunch of different programs and most of them seem to require putting cycling on the back burner. I think I want to try a 4 day work out schedule and wanted some feedback if you all think it’s effective/maintainable with a calorie deficit, or if there is a better path for me.

Day 1:Cycling/Zwift Day 2:Squat and bench 3x5 Day 3:off Day 4:Cycling/Zwift Day 5:Deadlift 1x5 and Press 3x5 Day 6:off Day 7:Off/recovery ride.
