I am trying to learn more about losing belly fat (I am skinny fat guy).
I only seem to find "top 5 exercise" or "top 10 foods" kind of articles.
I want to read an in-depth article or a video which covers everything like IR, Cortisol, Visceral Fat, Keto, IF, Exercise, HIIT, Aerobic, Resistance Training.
I don't mind reading 10-20 pages of content or 2-4 hour video but I am really annoyed by reading 10 different articles which basically repeat the same thing.
Any suggestion?
